Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Townhill Studio it will be assumed that you have
read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
A postage charge will be added to your order value as indicated on the buy
buttons below. If you are buying from outside the UK you will need to contact
me directly for postage costs.
Payment Methods and Taxes
I accept online payment in a secure environment provided by PayPal. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Delivery
All orders placed on the web are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days. I aim to hold stock of all designs and colours shown. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case I will send you an email and let you know when it will be knitted!
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the dishcloths you may return them
to me within 14 days of receipt. I am more than happy to offer you an exchange
or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition,
unused, and with the original packaging.
Please take extra care to read the laundering advice as I cannot accept items
for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash. Please refer
to the laundering advice provided on my site.
Making Exchanges and Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to
arrange and pay for the return of the products to me. To return any products
to me: Write on the reverse side of the delivery note (which comes with your
order) whether you would like a refund or exchange. Wrap the items carefully
to ensure they get back to me in their original condition, enclosing the delivery
note and send to:
